Habibur has been interested in art since he was a young child. At around eight or nine years old is when he started to form an interest in painting, something which he has since perused into adulthood.
Themes of Habibur’s paintings range from portraits, life stories and interests or moments when he just feels inspired to paint. Whatever he paints, he always feels proud of the finished product and always feels satisfied with what he has made. Art and creativity have been an essential outlet for Habibur, especially through the lockdowns caused by COVID-19 in the past year, as art has significantly helped his emotional and mental health throughout. Habibur also loves painting around his children as they are a form of inspiration and happiness. Habibur has been a member of BRAC for three years now, joining in 2019. Habibur has enjoyed being part of BRAC and fellow artists as well as their meetings throughout lockdown had proven helpful and inspiring. He is excited to have his work exhibited online and is excited for what the future may hold within BRAC. |
